A GLAMOROUS mom who transformed her physique in just six months has revealed the foods that were staples throughout her weight loss.

Rooxy (@rooxy.official) looks almost unrecognizable after shedding a whopping 70 pounds with changes to her diet.

She has racked up over 633,000 followers on TikTok where she shares the healthy recipes that helped to overhaul her diet.

She took to the social media platform to round up ingredients to keep in the kitchen that can be used for multiple dishes.

Rooxy donned a figure-hugging black top as she revealed that a pair of jeans which were once snug now hang off her slender frame.

She then shared side-by-side photos of when she tipped the scales at 191 pounds compared to now weighing just 121 pounds.

The text over the video listed the foods, saying: “Cottage cheese, tuna, a lot of eggs.

“Protein bread, almond/oat milk, oatmeal, chia seeds, and prawns.

“Avocado and turkey breast.”

She showed the tuna being used to make delicious salads and the eggs whipped into hearty omelets served with fruit.

Rooxy also filled a plate of prawns with vegetables for a mouthwatering dinner.

She captioned the post: “Foods that I ate to help me lose 32kg!! (70 pounds).”

She added the hashtags #weightloss, #weightlosstransformation, #bodytransformation, and #healthyfood.

A flood of commenters admitted they have been struggling to lose weight and are grateful for Rooxy’s openness.
