New Year’s Day: Operating from 8 am to 8 pm, ensuring you can kick off the new year with ease.
Sainsbury’s recently announced its festive roast for six that costs less than £20 with a Nectar card.
Other major supermarkets, including Tesco, Morrisons, and Aldi, are also adjusting their opening hours to accommodate the festive rush.
Tesco and Morrisons, for instance, will follow a similar pattern, closing on Christmas Day and operating with reduced hours on Boxing Day.
Aldi, known for its extended hours, will remain open until 10 pm every day until December 23, ensuring shoppers have enough time to secure their holiday necessities.
Just like Morrisons, Sainsbury’s is giving select customers free gifts at the end of their shop, in a bid to spread festive cheer.
Some lucky shoppers have reported receiving mince pies, After Eights, and even chocolate selection boxes.
The supermarket has gone a step further this week by offering significant discounts on vegetables.
Staples like carrots and Brussels Sprouts are now available at a bargain price of just 19p.
