A TIKTOKER has revealed that her recipe for chocolate pancakes can aid in weight loss.
Her easy recipe was high in protein and her go-to food to start her mornings.
Staying consistent has seen her drop an amazing load of weight.
Her success has made her excited to share just how she did it.
“I lost 75 lbs and here’s how I make some delicious chocolate pancakes," said Muriikaa (@muriikaa), who boasts a following of 480,000.
Her recipe was far removed from diet food of old.
There was no sliced grapefruit or diced cucumbers in her breakfast meal.
In her video, she dug into her chocolate pancake with total relish.
“We’re going to use three-quarters of a cup of old-fashioned oats," she began her post.
“Once you have that in you are going to be using half a banana and for the syrup, we going to be using a sugar-free [one]."

Into this went one egg and a cup of unsweetened almond milk.
After blending the mix, she poured it into a non-stick pan and the magic began.
When ready, she drizzled the pancakes with more sugar-free syrup and placed some juicy blueberries on top.
“Honestly guys, this turned out so delicious. I love it.”
