Seaside property boasting incredible views on sale for £27,000 – but you better bring your tool box | The Sun

THIS seaside property with incredible views is on sale for £27,000 but needs a lot of work doing to it.

The listing is now just the remains of what was once a beach hut in North Devon.

Only a pile of timber sits on the beachfront plot after the holiday home was completely wiped out in a storm.

Despite paying a hefty price for the derelict land, any buyer will have to start from scratch and build a brand new hut.

According to Millie's Beach Huts, the starting price to build a hut is around £12,500.

Painting it, adding flooring and then insulation adds around another £300 plus on to the cost, says Checkatrade.

There is also the added job of sorting out the water and electricity supply as there isn't any access currently.

And local estate agents Seldons are expecting the plot to sell for more than the asking price because of its desirable location.

Located in Westward Ho!, the seaside village is home to beach huts which sell for £30,000 and more.

The description reads: "Situated in an unsurpassed position, affording panoramic views.
