Pregnant model Tammy Hembrow shows off baby bump as she plans ‘natural birth’

Influencer and model Tammy Hembrow is pregnant for the third time.

The Australian beauty, who boasts 13.6 million Instagram followers, shared the wonderful news earlier this week.

In a clip, the mum-of-two walks slowly to her future husband Matt as he hugs her from behind to show the baby bump.

Tammy, who got engaged to her partner in November, described how her "heart might explode" in a series of snaps with her family.

She wrote: "I appreciate all the love more than you know. I still can't believe I'm going to be a mama of 3.

"My heart just might explode I'm growing another little life."

Now in a recent upload to her millions, Tammy revealed details of her pregnancy and past labours.

Posting earlier today, Tammy wore a beige underwear set as she cradled her baby bump and looked down.

She told fans her pregnancy Q&A is now live on her YouTube channel where she has over 1.13 million subscribers.

The pregnant influencer started by saying in the caption: "Not going to lie it makes me a little nervous to be on this journey again."

She also shared details of her births with her sons Wolf and Sass as they "didn't go to how she planned".

Tammy revealed: "Emergency C-section with Wolf & then with Sass after not even being able to trial labour due to rupture risk.

"I'm so so excited to be trying for a natural birth once again but this time I have more faith in my body than ever.

"With my midwife, my hypnobirthing coach & after witnessing the most beautiful natural births with my sisters I feel like I got this."

The fitness babe said her body "was made for this" and she's feels more capable.

She concluded: "I have faith that everything will work out in my favour.

"And if it doesn't, as long as I have a healthy happy baby I know I'll be just fine."
