“Summer House” stars Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke compared the obsession over Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’ affair scandal to the 1994 O.J. Simpson murder trial.
“It was happening in real time kind of like the O.J. Simpson car chase,” Radke exclusively told Page Six at the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards Monday night, when asked about all the “Vanderpump Rules” drama that’s erupted over the past few weeks.
“People were tuning in live, you were picking up new information about this scandal like every day, every minute. And I don’t think I can remember anything quite like that.”
Hubbard added that she felt like she was “gut punched” upon hearing the news about her fellow Bravolebrities on March 3.
Just like the famous Simpson trial, fans and celebs across the country quickly became obsessed with following every latest update on the scandal – and the obsession hasn’t seemed to stop.
“We were finding out a little nugget of new information every single day,” recalled Hubbard, who is close friends with several “Pump Rules” cast members. “I felt sick to my stomach.”
Radke emphasized that he and his fiancée are “Team Ariana” – choosing to side with Ariana Madix over Sandoval, who cheated on his now-ex with Leviss.
“I feel really bad for [Ariana]. I mean, holy cow. It’s very messy, it’s very screwed up,” he said, with Hubbard adding, “[Tom and Raquel] better be in love. They need to be in love because if they’re not, then what was this for? Like, you just blew up your entire lives.”
The reality stars also told Page Six that they met up with Katie Maloney for dinner just one day after she filmed the explosive Season 10 “Vanderpump Rules” reunion.
“She was in very good spirits, but I think it’s a lot,” Radke explained. “Nobody really understands what it’s like filming a reunion. I mean, reunions are a lot. It’s a long day, it’s emotional, there’s a lot there. So they survived it, it looked like … I can’t wait to watch it.”
Hubbard, 36, and Radke, 38, also teased who the two cast members were that Andy Cohen had to physically restrain during the volatile reunion.
“I asked Katie that, because I was like, ‘Who are these two people?’ And I don’t think it’s as surprising as that [initial] headline stated,” Hubbard told us. “I think it’s probably – you would guess it and I would guess it.”
Hubbard was referring to a source who previously told TMZ that the “Pump Rules” star who started the confrontation is “not someone you’d guess.”

Meanwhile, former “Pump Rules” star Jax Taylor alleged that “brawls” nearly took place during the taping. He claimed it was Sandoval’s best friend, Tom Schwartz, who had to be separated.
“I have a feeling it’s the two boys … in fact, I know that ’cause I talked to [Schwartz],” Taylor told “Extra” Monday night.
However, Maloney seemed to laugh off Taylor’s claims by reacting to his interview with a simple “Lol” in the comments section of a Bravo fan account.
Bravo has kept tight-lipped on exactly what went down at the taping, but they did reveal that Sandoval, 40, and Leviss, 28, were seated next to each other.
As for Simpson, the former NFL pro was acquitted for the murder of estranged wife Nicole Brown Simpson in 1995. The famous case was recently explored again in FX’s true crime series “The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story.”
“Vanderpump Rules” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
