Jennifer Lopez took a night off from Bennifer 2.0.
The “Jenny from the Block” singer went solo to the 2021 VMAs on Sunday night, Page Six has confirmed.
Lopez was a surprise presenter at the MTV show this year, handing out the award for Song of the Year to Olivia Rodrigo for “Driver’s License.”
As usual, the 52-year-old stunned in a lace-up David Koma crop top and a sparkling cutout miniskirt.
Lopez broke the internet on Friday when she and Affleck finally made their red carpet debut after a whirlwind summer of romantic outings.
The couple looked like royalty as they walked the red carpet for Affleck’s film “The Last Duel” at the Venice Film Festival. Later in the trip, the “Argo” star played the gallant gent as he and Lopez were leaving the airport by forcefully blocking an aggressive fan trying to take a photo.
Lopez and Affleck have been joined at the hip since Page Six exclusively reported in April that the pair were hanging out again following her split from Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez.
Since then the reunited pair have been photographed smooching at restaurants in Los Angeles, going for a stroll in the Hamptons, and hanging out with each other’s kids.
The couple went Instagram-official on her 52nd birthday in July, when she shared a pic of them kissing aboard a mega-yacht in Capri, seemingly recreating scenes from the singer’s 2002 music video, “Jenny from the Block.”
Affleck and Lopez were engaged in 2002 and dubbed “Bennifer” by the media. Signs there was trouble in paradise started to surface when they postponed their wedding in 2003 before finally splitting in early 2004.
Fans of the reunited couple are hoping to see them dazzle at the 2021 Met Gala on Monday, as Page Six previously reported Lopez was on the early invite list.
