What time do Co-op branches open and close?

Most Co-op stores are open from 7am first thing in the morning on weekdays and Saturday.

Co-op stores generally close at 10pm and shops with a petrol station can stay open until 11pm.

Sunday opening and closing times are slightly different because of trading laws.

Some Co-ops are open for fewer hours, depending on the size of the store, generally opening at 10am and closing at 4pm.

You still need to follow certain rules when you go to Co-op and other supermarkets as some coronavirus restrictions are still in place to keep shoppers and staff safe.

You will have to follow social distancing rules and wear a mask, unless you are exempt, in store.

You're also asked to shop alone if you can, and you may have to queue to get in during busy times as it's still limiting the number of people in store.

Can I order online from Co-op for home delivery?

Co-op does online ordering with home delivery in some locations within two hours.

You need to spend at least £15 and there's a delivery charge starting from 99p.

There might be a carrier bag charge too but this will be displayed at the checkout stage when making your order.

Co-opome delivery is also available via Deliveroo, so if you're in a rush to stock your fridge then the service can take less than 30 minutes.

The fee for Deliveroo can be about £3, but depending on what you buy and how far you live from a Co-op, the service is also offering free delivery.

Can I do click and collect at Co-op?

You can also order directly from Co-op for picking up at your chosen store.

Again there's a £25 minimum spend and you can get your shopping within two hours.
