When travelling to an M&S store for an essential shop, there are many rules and guidelines in place to help ensure the safety of both staff and customers.
Food Halls are still open as usual, including in larger stores that also sell clothing and homeware.
However opening times have changed and do differ between stores so shoppers should double check this before travelling.
Face coverings are mandatory in-store and colleagues will be wearing masks too unless exempt.
Customers should practise social distancing from other people in-store and are encouraged to use the hand sanitisers provided.
Customers can also skip the queues by reserving a shopping slot with the new Sparks Book & Shop service.
