Sarah Ferguson ofen shares photos of herself on her Instagram, and she has been posting even more often than usual in recent weeks due to the upcoming release of her new book. A Most Intriguing Lady will be out in book stores on Thursday, March 30.
In an Instagram post yesterday, Sarah shared two photos of herself sitting on a picnic blanket in a garden, reading her new book.
The caption read: “It’s finally about that time. A Most Intriguing Lady is out in the UK March 30th!!! Preorder your copy now at the link in my bio.”
In the photos, Sarah donned an elegant outfit that was very different to her more casual, relaxed style.
The Duchess was wearing a white, vintage blouse with billowing sleeves and tight cuffs.
It also featured scallop edges and had a high neck. The blouse had tiny buttons running down its centre too.
Sarah had tucked the garment into a long, lime green skirt, which was silky and pleated.
The Duchess doesn’t often wear long skirts, preferring instead to don a mini skirt with tights and boots.
She completed the look with a long floral coat, which she had draped over her shoulders.

The coat was white and adorned with blue, green, red, orange, and pink flowers.
As for jewellery, the Duchess sported a pair of tiny hoop earrings, which she has worn on many occasions in the past.
Her eye makeup was heavy as usual as she wore lashings of dark mascara, eyeliner, and bronze-coloured eyeshadow.
Her lipstick was a subtle peach, which complemented the rest of her look.

Sarah’s fans were quick to comment on the photos, with many praising the Duchess.
Instagram user @rlback2011 said: “She is so beautiful and sweet and intelligent.”
User @pstrople commented on the Duchess’ book, saying: “I just finished it. Totally surprised at how well written it is and how much I enjoyed it.”
User @edgarkirsten wrote: “Princess Eugenie looks so like you here.” Maria Newcome added: “Looking so pretty.”
Lusine Lalayan wrote: “What a wonderful and beautiful woman Sarah is.”
However, one Instagram user, @tea_k59, described Sarah as “so kitschy”.
Perhaps she was also referring to the foreground in the Duchess’ photos – she sat on a blanket next to a basket full of food, including bread, grapes, and Pretzels. There were also a couple of flowers on the blanket, which appeared to be pink.
