One stylist has shared a list of items from H&M which she says are ideal for people still building their confidence and getting comfortable with their body.
Fashion fan Mac said: “Some of the best clothes to look for at H&M if you aren't comfortable in your body yet or if you still have some body insecurities you're trying to work through!”
First the stylist said go for a wrap around skirt like the embroidered A line skirtfrom H&M selling for £29.99.
Mac says: “If you aren't comfortable in your body yet, this embroidered skirt is a fantastic choice because of this wrap-around detail.”

Next Mac says for a three piece set like the linen-blend suit which comes with a waistcoat £24.99, blazer £39.99 and trousers £34.99.
Mac says: “It's made of a really nice heavier fabric that will keep you warm on the cold spring days. Pants are pleated which is great for room in the abdomen and the pattern is gonna elongate your frame.”
The fashion fan says loose knit sweaters should be your go to and prices in H&M start from £7.

Mac says: “Another great top option is these loose knit sweaters. Now you don't have to pick the striped pattern because the real gem of this top was the sleeves.”
“They flare out towards the wrist which is going to pull away from any upper arm insecurities and it has a nice neckline.”

Lastly Mac says the H&M £17.99 cropped linen shirts are a great option for warmer weather.
