This Major Donald Trump Supporter Is Allegedly Trying to Shoehorn Her Way Into His Inner Circle for VP Bid

Former US President Donald Trump just went on an excursion that isn’t too shocking for those who know his values, but what is shocking was one of his guests: Georgia Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene.

On Sept 25, Trump’s spokesperson Steven Cheung bragged about Trump’s recent trip to the gun store, and his recent purchases there. He bragged on the platform X, formerly known as Twitter, in a now-deleted post, “President Trump purchases a @GLOCKInc in South Carolina!” And while the internet is fuming over the fact that Trump reportedly bought a gun, despite federal law stating that anyone under indictment can’t purchase a firearm.

While he was with many of the patrons at the gun store, eagle-eyed fans noticed Greene in the background of many of the photos and videos taken, per The Independent via MSN.

Now, it’s no secret that Greene has been a major supporter of Trump over the years, but this is making fans raise eyebrows, especially since talks of her being the possible Vice President pick have been resurfacing again.

Trump’s former aide Steve Bannon even alleged that he thinks she is already working behind the scenes (and we’re sure this event has helped that hypothesis). He said, “This is no shrinking violet, she’s ambitious — she’s not shy about that, nor should she be. She sees herself on the short list for Trump’s VP. Paraphrasing [the late journalist] Cokie Roberts, when MTG looks in the mirror she sees a potential president smiling back.”

Along with that, Greene even told the Guardian in Aug 2023 that she allegedly knows she’s being considered. “It’s talked about frequently and I know my name is on a list but really my biggest focus right now is serving the district that elected me,” she said.
