Loewe has become the latest to join the current clog craze taking place across the fashion world. While clogs have been an in thing for quite some time, from Crocs to Margiela — interest in recent months has been accelerated.
Taking advantage of this, the Spanish luxury fashion house, which specializes in leather goods, has launched a pair of “Anagram Ease Mules” in black “kidskin” leather. The clog utilizes an ergonomically molded footbed, not unlike Birkenstocks, which features an embossed “Loewe” text logo.
While not visible in the photos provided, Loewe does say that the underside of the rubber sole features an embossed Anagram logo as well.
Other branding elements include the house’s Anagram logo represented as a functional metal buckle, painted black to match the mule. Constructed in Italy, the shoe has a weight of just over 1.5 pounds and is available on Loewe’s official site for a retail price of $1,026 USD.
