'Game of Thrones' 10th Anniversary Special Hits HBO Max

The “Iron Anniversary” special of Game of Thrones is now streaming on HBO Max, celebrating the 10th year of the revered HBO TV series.

According to reports, the special is hosted by Conan O’Brien and was originally only available to fans who purchased the complete series collection on home video. The two, hour-long segments were filmed during the show’s final season and includes interviews with everyone from Emilia Clarke to Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams, Isaac Hempstead Wright, Sean Bean, Kit Harington, Lena Headey, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Peter Dinklage, Mark Addy and Jason Momoa.

In addition, the month-long celebration will feature a selection of special-edition products such as a one-of-a-kind Imperial egg by Fabergé that’s inspired by Daenerys Targaryen, craft beers from Mikkeller and Funko vinyl figures based on Arya Stark, Khal Drogo and more.

HBO’s “MaraThrone” — the back-to-back airing of every episode from Season 1 — also challenges fans to re-binge the entire series but with a charity element. The GoT staples are asking fans to donate to various causes and are aiming to get contributions for one of the 10 charities: Women International, World Central Kitchen, Conservation International, International Rescue Committee (IRC), UNICEF, FilmAid International, SameYou, Royal Mencap Society, National Urban League and The Trevor Project.

Elsewhere in entertainment, a new Star Trek film is slated to release in 2023.
