Throughout time, adidas has established relationships with universities that has led to a variety of special collaborative releases. Notably, the German sportswear brand has presented several UltraBOOST 1.0 collegiate collections in the summertime. Last year, this grew to a roster of 11 colleges receiving their own pairs and for 2023, the list has reached a total of 13 schools.
Pictured above in the following order, the Miami Hurricanes, Washington Huskies, Texas A&M Aggies, Rutgers Scarlet Knights, Nebraska Cornhuskers, NC State Wolfpack, Mississippi State Bulldogs, Louisville Cardinals, Kansas Jayhawks, Indiana Hoosiers, Grambling State Tigers, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and Arizona State Sun Devils have all received a fresh colorway for the upcoming school year. Key UltraBOOST 1.0 elements such as the Primeknit upper and full-length BOOST unit at the midsole are back alongside new detailing. Unique tongue tags include notes pertaining to each university, matching the custom sockliner and shoe box while the school’s name and nickname are written at the heel tabs.
