Danny Mac and Motsi Mabuse’s spicy Samba to ‘Magalenha’ by Sergio Mendes remains one of the most show-stopping Strictly Come Dancing performances ever.
The series 14 dance became the first Samba to ever be awarded top marks on the show.
Of course, the performance propelled Danny, 35, and Motsi, 42, further, and the pair later went on to become co-runners up alongside Louise Redknapp and professional partner Kevin Clifton.
Excitlingly, the professional couple also impressed the viewers at home as their routine is the second-most-viewed celebrity routine on YouTube with 6.8 million views.
When it comes down to memorable Strictly dances, Ed Balls and Katya Jones’ Salsa to ‘Gangnam Style’ by Psy takes the cake.
Before taking to the BBC ballroom in 2016, the former politican warned that his series 14 routine was “risky”, and later Bruno Tonioli claimed he had “nearly passed out” while watching it.
“That was the best/worst dance I’ve seen,” he added.
On the Salsa, the late Len Goodman added: ‘I don’t think there’s any words in the dictionary to describe that… I enjoy watching you for your entertainment!”

Jay McGuiness was born to Jive, and his dance to ‘Misirlou’ with professional partner Aliona Vilani has been crowned as the most memorable dance in the show’s history.
The Former Wanted star picked up a stunning score of 37 for his week three dance and the first ten of series 13.
The Jive has since been watched 7.8 million times on YouTube – making it the most-watched celebrity routine.
Arguably, any of Anne Widdecombe’s Strictly Come Dancing performances with professional partner Anton du Beke could make the iconic list.
However, the pair’s jaw-dropping Paso Doble to ‘Wild Thing’ by The Troggs is up there with the greatest moments in the reality TV show’s history.
After being subjected a series of lifts and spins, Anton, 57, proceeded to drag the former Employment Minister around on the floor.
Surprisingly, the audience errupted in whoops and cheers, and Alesha Dixon likened the contestant to being “dragged around ike an appliance”.
“It’s a bit like going up the motorway and there’s been an accident, you don’t really want to watch, but you can’t help yourself,” said Len.
