Leslie Ash has wound up her bar and restaurant business with the company owing nearly £1million.
Paperwork filed at Companies House confirmed the actress, 62, has called in liquidators to oversee the closing of the business, named Souk, according to The Sun.
The company owes £974,107 to 12 creditors, with names including HMRC and BT.

Her husband, former Leeds and Sheffield Wednesday striker Lee Chapman, also 62, is owed £869,933.
As the company’s assets only amount to £186,999, it is claimed Lee, who is a company director, and the other creditors will be left out of pocket.
After the business fell into debt in 2014 and continued to lose money, it is claimed bosses agreed to wind the company up ‘voluntarily’.

Leslie and Lee have been married since 1988 and share Joe, 31, and a second son, Max, 28.
It comes after Leslie said she thought she’d be wheelchair-bound by the time she was 60 due to a life-changing spine condition.
The former Doctors star, who was spotted using a walking stick in recent months, previously revealed she was only given a ‘slight hope of recovery’ by doctors.

The star who has suffered many public health struggles in the past, admitted she needed ‘mental strength’ to keep fighting her condition, but has defied doctors expectations.
But it was while she was in hospital for this injury that she contracted a ‘deadly strain’ of the MRSA superbug because of an abscess that had developed in her spinal column – which could have left her permanently unable to walk.
Leslie was given a bleak prognosis following the string of unfortunate events and told The Sun: ‘They said I’d be in a wheelchair by 60 because of my terrible hips and knees. I was only given a slight hope of recovery but because I wanted it enough I was able to achieve what I have today.’
The Quadrophenia actress has bounced back and rarely relies on a trusty walking stick, let alone a wheelchair.
She returned to the small screen last year, snatching up roles in Doctors and Casualty, but the future didn’t always look this bright.
