Gisele Bundchen is seen for the FIRST time since family vacation with hunky jiu-jitsu instructor… one month after finalizing her divorce from Tom Brady

Gisele Bundchen was seen for the first time since making headlines for her family vacation with hunky Brazilian fitness trainer, Joaquim Valente, earlier this month.

After her fun-filled getaway to Costa Rica with her kids Vivian, nine, and Benjamin, 17, and their jiu-jitsu instructor, the supermodel, 42, stopped by her and ex-husband Tom Brady’s townhouse in New York City before heading to the airport.

As she prepared to board a plane on Satuday, the Vogue cover girl sported a grey patterned headscarf over her blonde  hair, oversized shades and cargo pants.

She completed her casual ensemble with a black leather jacket and pair of white sneakers.

For extra comfort, the newly-single star carried a black tie-dye pillow after exiting a  luxurious black SUV.

Her sighting comes after sparking romance rumors with Valente who she has known for at least a year and a half.

Last week, an insider close to the fashion star insisted to DailyMail.com that the duo are just friends.

The catwalk star and the handsome martial arts teacher were spotted out together on Saturday evening at Koji in Provincia de Puntarenas alongside her two children – Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, nine – which quickly sparked romance rumors between the pair.

However, a source close to Gisele has now furiously denied that they’re in a relationship, insisting that the date was anything but romantic – and noting that Joaquim is nothing more than a close family friend who has served as her kids’ jiu-jitsu instructor ‘for years.’

Tom and Gisele confirmed that they were divorcing after 13 years of marriage on October 28. They are seen at the Met Gala in May 2019

‘He’s been her kids’ jiu-jitsu teacher for years,’ the insider revealed. ‘There’s no truth to the rumors that they’re dating.’

Gisele and Joaquim appear to go way back, and they even participated in a photoshoot for Dust Magazine together alongside Joaquim’s brothers, Pedro and Giu Valente, last year (seen)

Page Six was the first to report that Gisele and Joaquim were an item, while sharing photos from their night out on Saturday and branding Joaquim as her ‘new man.’

The New York Post also called Joaquim her ‘new squeeze’ and ‘rebound following the divorce.’

The siblings own Valente Brothers Self Defense Gym in Miami, where they teach the submission and grappling-based martial art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Back in February, Gisele shared a video of herself practicing the sport with Joaquim and his brothers at their gym, where at one point, she even put Joaquim in a rear-naked choke.

She gushed about the brothers in the caption of the post, writing: ‘I believe the more tools we have in our toolbox the better. I feel stronger, more confidence and empowered since I started practicing self-defense.

‘I feel it’s an important skill for all, but specially for us women. Thank you @ValenteBrothers for being awesome teachers and for making training so much fun. I am looking forward to keep improving. Let’s go! [fist emoji].’

At the time, Gisele’s then-husband Tom, 45, replied to her Twitter post, joking: ‘My days of leaving dishes in the sink are numbered.’

Joaquim and his brothers are sons of Pedro Valente Sr. who was awarded the highest degree in Brazilian jiu-jitsu – the red belt and title of Grand Master by Grandmaster Hélio Gracie, who famously developed the martial art itself.

Tom and Gisele confirmed that they were divorcing after 13 years of marriage on October 28.

In a statement posted to Instagram, the athlete called his and Gisele’s decision to end their relationship ‘painful,’ but vowed to put their kids first so that they ‘receive the love and attention they deserve.’

‘In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage,’ he wrote. ‘We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together.

‘We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way.

‘We will continue to work together as parents to always ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve.

‘We arrived at this decision to end our marriage after much consideration. Doing so is, of course, painful and difficult like it is for many people who go through the same thing every day around the world.

‘However, we wish only the best for each other as we pursue whatever new chapters in our lives that are yet to be written.’

Gisele added in a post of her own: ‘My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart.

‘We will continue co-parenting to give them the love, care, and attention they greatly deserve.

‘The decision to end a marriage is never easy, but we have grown apart. It is, of course, difficult to go through something like this.’

The supermodel concluded by stating that she ‘wished’ her ex ‘the best,’ and said she was ‘blessed’ for the ‘time they had together.’

According to Page Six, an ‘ironclad prenup’ allowed the couple – who have an estimated combined net worth of $733 million – to quickly settle their divorce.

They are expected to share custody of their two children

‘They both have their own separate business entities, so the separation of their wealth wasn’t that complicated in the end,’ a source told them. ‘The only other major factor was dividing up their massive property portfolio.’

A source told People magazine that Tom ‘wasn’t as attentive as he should’ve been’ to Gisele before the split. They are pictured in September 2016

It was claimed that the NFL legend – who is said to be worth approximately $333 million – will gain full ownership of the former couple’s $17 million mansion located in Miami’s Indian Creek Island, which is often referred to as ‘Billionaire Bunker.’

Tom and Gisele snapped up the waterfront property in 2020 before demolishing it and beginning construction on their dream home, which is still underway.

As for Gisele – who is considered the highest paid supermodel in the world with an estimated $400 million net worth – sources claim that she will keep their vacation home on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica.

She quietly purchased a modest $1.25 million Miami Beach home in February and has reportedly purchased a larger property also in the Miami area. They are expected to share custody of their two children.

A source told People magazine that Tom ‘wasn’t as attentive as he should’ve been’ to Gisele before the split.

‘She gave him a lot of opportunities to fix things, and he didn’t,’ the insider explained. ‘[Gisele] wanted to be heard. And he wasn’t hearing her.’

Meanwhile, the beauty and environmental activist is reportedly adjusting well to her new life as a single woman. She is seen with Tom in 2013

As Gisele, a native of Brazil, seemed to largely put her modeling career on hold to raise their two children the athlete was ‘busy following his passion.’

‘When he’s in the middle of a season, [Brady] does what most NFL players do: live, breathe, eat and sleep football,’ the source added. ‘Tom is more like that than anyone.’

Meanwhile, the beauty and environmental activist is reportedly adjusting well to her new life as a single woman.

‘Gisele is dealing with issues that have been plaguing her for a long time,’ a separate source told the outlet.

And although it was ‘hard at first,’ the insider added that ‘enough time has passed that she is settling in.’

The friend of the pair noted that the former catwalk queen ‘has lived her own life for years while Tom played football so she is not afraid to do things by herself.’

The insider emphasized that ‘nothing is more important’ to Gisele than her kids’ ‘happiness’ and that ‘they will be with both parents and should come out of this in good shape.’
