The publication also reports that Leigh-Anne and Andre have been building a holiday let in Shropshire for Airbnb.

While in March 2022 the pair transformed a tired house in Wolverhampton. It is understood that they paid £177,000 for the property and it went back on the market for £365,000.

Elsewhere, Leigh-Anne and Andre put their own £4.95million mansion in Surrey up for sale after losing a fight to build an underground pool.

They had wanted to splash out on a subterranean leisure complex with a swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi but local councillors sunk the ambitious project.

They put the six-bedroom property on the market last January, just three years after buying the home for £4.575 million.

Estate agent Trevor Kearney predicted at the time that the house will sell in days – despite a buyer with only a 10 per cent deposit needing to meet £19,763-a-month mortgage payments.

He said: ‘New Instruction – £4.95m – I am thrilled to launch this amazing family home to the market today; it was my first pitch of 2021 and I absolutely love it! This is a seller…

‘The house has been thoughtfully designed to create a wonderful blend of impressive formal entertaining space as well as flexible accommodation for family life and a floor dedicated to leisure; the games room and cinema are absolutely amazing.

‘I am really excited about this one going live and helping the wonderful owners find their next dream home… this will be sold in January I am sure, there is nothing like it at this price range in such a prestigious location.’

The home was listed as being ‘under offer’ soon after it was put on the market.

The lavish home boasted six bathrooms, five reception rooms, a ‘wellness suite’ and steam room, plus two acres of gardens and grounds.
