Leigh-Anne Pinnock ‘buys £1M old bicycle factory in Wolverhampton to transform into 48 flats’ – as she continues to expand property empire
Leigh-Anne Pinnock has reportedly bought a £1million bicycle factory in Wolverhampton with the intention to transform it into 48 flats.
The former Little Mix singer, 31, has acquired the old Eagle Works as her and her fiancé Andre Gray – who own G&A Organisations Ltd – continue to expand their property empire, according to The Mirror.
It comes as Little Mix – comprising of Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Jesy Nelson before they split in 2021 – have all been working on new ventures in recent months.

The publication also reports that Leigh-Anne and Andre have been building a holiday let in Shropshire for Airbnb.
While in March 2022 the pair transformed a tired house in Wolverhampton. It is understood that they paid £177,000 for the property and it went back on the market for £365,000.
A representative for Leigh-Anne has been contacted by MailOnline for comment.
Andre is listed as a director of G&A Organisations Ltd on Companies House, the Government’s registrar of companies.

Elsewhere, Leigh-Anne and Andre put their own £4.95million mansion in Surrey up for sale after losing a fight to build an underground pool.
They had wanted to splash out on a subterranean leisure complex with a swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi but local councillors sunk the ambitious project.
They put the six-bedroom property on the market last January, just three years after buying the home for £4.575 million.

Estate agent Trevor Kearney predicted at the time that the house will sell in days – despite a buyer with only a 10 per cent deposit needing to meet £19,763-a-month mortgage payments.
