Just hours after she filmed herself in tears on her way to a work photoshoot, A Place In The Sun presenter, Jasmine Harman, 45, posted the results of her transformative photoshoot on Instagram in a candid before and after shot.  The Channel 4 presenter had previously shared her anxieties about doing the photoshoot as she admitted “I just don’t feel like me at the moment”.

I’m just not really feeling myself

Taking to Instagram, Jasmine revealed incredible before and after pictures for her 70,700 followers to see.

In the caption, the presenter admitted to having a “mild panic” before appearing on set, but thanked her make-up artist and celebrity stylist for their support.

She captioned the picture: “Little #beforeandafter my photo shoot today thanks to @oh.emj & @kate_barbour for getting me camera ready!

“After having a mild panic before going in you both made me feel so comfortable and boosted my confidence. I really appreciated it,” followed by three green love hearts.

However an eagle eyed fan questioned how the vivacious presenter achieved such a glamorous look with the country in lockdown.

As per government restrictions, hairdressers and beauticians are currently closed

The fan complimented Jasmine: “You look great!

“How were you able to do this in the lockdown when beauticians and hairdressers are shut?x”

Jasmine quickly replied to her fan, keen to clarify the existing government rules.

She wrote: “Photo shoot for work which is allowed xx”.

Another fan also jumped to the presenter’s defence.

She commented: “You’re allowed to get hair and makeup done if it’s for work. What do you think all the other tv presenters you see every day are doing, or they just look like that naturally,” along with a crying laughing face.

Yesterday Jasmine appeared on her Instagram stories as she struggled to hold back tears while candidly telling her fans of her anxieties ahead of a work photoshoot.

She started the live positively, telling fans it was her first trip in a car for a while.

The presenter said: “Hey guys. So I’m out of the house. I’ve actually got in the car and driven somewhere for the first time in about two months.

“Because I’ve got a photoshoot today, which is exciting but at the same time I’m slightly dreading it, because I’m just not really feeling myself.

“I know in my head, I’m going to go in there. It’ll be fine. It’ll be great. The makeup artist will do great things.

“But it’s really hard to be confident when you’ve got this voice in your head saying, ‘You’re too fat, you’re going to look fat in the photos. None of the clothes that the stylist has brought will fit you.

“‘You won’t look good in any of those clothes. Or you’re too old.’

“All of these stupid things. I know that it’s stupid what’s going on in my head but it’s almost bringing me to having a panic attack sitting outside.”

In a follow-up clip Jasmine said: “For anybody else out there about to have a wobble, don’t worry you’ll be OK.”
