Britney Spears has opened up on her feelings once more as she continues to battle for her freedom amid changes in her conservatorship.

The singer, whose personal affairs and finances have been under the control of a legal conservatorship controlled by her father Jamie Spears for the last 13 years, confided in her Instagram followers in the latest in a string of personal posts.

The Toxic superstar opened up about her latest feelings on Tuesday night as she explained that despite previously saying “life goes on”, she’s experiencing a rollercoaster of emotions and is determined to keep talking.

Sharing an image of dice with the words “one day at a time” written on them, Britney said she will be struggling to move on from her painful past for a while.

The 39-year-old began: “So I said ‘life goes on’ in one of my recent posts but it’s always easier said than done!!!!!

“In that moment that’s what felt was the easiest to say but I think we all know that I will never be able to let go and fully move on until I’ve said all I needed to say … and I’m not even close!!!!”

The Louisiana-born star added: “I was told to stay quiet about things for so long and I finally feel like I’m just getting here!!!!”

Supportive followers flocked to the mum-of-two’s comments to share positive thoughts.

“We love you Brit,” one fan wrote next to a series of heart emojis.

In a lengthy post, the music megastar penned: “For those of you who choose to criticize my dancing videos … look I'm not gonna be performing on any stages anytime soon with my dad handling what I wear, say, do, or think!!!! I've done that for the past 13 years …

“I’d much rather share videos YES from my living room instead of onstage in Vegas where some people were so far gone they couldn't even shake my hand and I ended up getting a contact high from weed all the time … which I didn't mind but it would have been nice to be able to go to the mother f*****g spa!!!!

“And no I'm not gonna put on heavy makeup and try try try on stage again and not be able to do the real deal with remixes of my songs for years and begging to put my new music in my show for MY fans … so I quit !!!!” the star continued angrily.

The Everytime hitmaker went on to say her “so-called support system” hurt her “deeply” and “this conservatorship killed my dreams”.

“All I have is hope and hope is the only thing in this world that is very hard to kill … yet people still try !!!!” Britney declared, as fans continued to support her journey.

The conservatorship was put in place after the singer’s father Jamie petitioned a court for legal authority over her life in 2008, amid concerns about her mental health.

Following her court testimony last month, Britney has since appointed a new lawyer to represent her in her bid to end the conservatorship arrangement.

A formal request is yet to be filed, but the next court hearing is due to take place on September 29 in Los Angeles, California.
