Woman furious when viral Tiktok bag for avoiding Ryanair luggage fees doesn’t fit – don't make her mistake | The Sun

A WOMAN has slammed the backpack that has gone viral on TikTok which many say fits the Ryanair rules.

TikTok user Viktoria complained on social media after she said her bag didn't fit into the sizer.

She said in a video: "POV: you bought the viral Ryanair backpack and it doesn't fit the sizer."

Viktoria, who used to work as an au pair in the US, then showed the large backpack not slotting into the Ryanair sizer, and instead sitting on top of it.

Ryanair's basic luggage rules only allows bags measuring 40cmx20cmx25cm.

She added in the comments: "Well, I didn't expect that after getting so many recommendations over TikTok!"

Four things you should never pack in your suitcase

The video has been watched more than 880,000 times, with some people saying they had the same problem.

Someone commented: "I have a theory that the sizers near check in are smaller than the ones by the gate. I have the viral bag – it didn't fit in the first one but fit perfectly in the second."

Another agreed: "Happened to the same to me… weird because it fit perfectly under the seat."

However, lots of people pointed out the mistake she made.

Another bag that has gone viral is the Narwey duffel bag, which can be bought from Amazon for £14.99.

The bag is waterproof, meaning it will keep all your items dry, and also has several internal pockets, to keep everything well organised.

The sturdy straps also promise to handle more than 45lbs (20kg), meaning it can comfortably carry even the heaviest of hand luggage.

One couple revealed how they avoided paying for luggage on flights by only travelling with the Narwey duffel bag.

The Sun Online Travel Team recently put the bag to the test on a Ryanair flight from London Stansted to Vienna.
