THE best B&B in the UK has been revealed – despite it having just five rooms.
Dorset House, unsurprisingly found in Dorset, is also right next to the beach with many of the rooms having sea views.
The hotel was given the accolade by the annual Good Hotel's Guide.
Describing itself as "breakfast with rooms," it also won the AA Best Breakfast in England award in 2022.
Guests are greeted in the morning by a four-course dining experience.
This includes slow-roasted coffee and freshly made granola to start.

Guests can then choose from a range of options, such as a "Full Dorset," Eggs Benedict or Florentine, or something sweeter such as honey-baked figs with ricotta or "peacomole on sourdough".
And to finish, options include flapjacks or freshly made sourdough by the owner.
Guests can also ask for changes such a vegetarian options, or ditching the coffee for tea or juices.
And despite having just five rooms, inside are huge sash windows with amazing views, as well as ensuite bathrooms with showers.

Guests can choose between the Fossil, Porthole or Church View rooms, each decorated differently, or the larger suites Lighthouse and Sea View.
Each one also has bathrobes for when the weather gets chilly, as well as a minibar and fancy toiletries.
You can also take advantage of the honesty bar onsite.
And the owners even own pizza restaurant Poco in town if you fancy a meal out.
Rooms start from £175 a night.
Jason and Lyn Martin, the owner, said: "We’re so delighted to be selected for this prestigious award.
"We really appreciate the support that working with fellow independent hoteliers brings.”
They added: "We use local produce where possible and have built up a great network of local suppliers which our guests love, enabling us to be creative with our breakfast offering and to offer guests a real inside track view of life in Dorset."
Previous guests have raved about it too.
One guest wrote: "By far one of the BEST breakfasts I have ever had."
Another said: "The food which Lyn offers for breakfast goes above and beyond the menus of some of the best boutique hotels in the UK."
A third said: "The overall level of attention to details is above any of the 5* hotels I've visited around the world."
The Sun visited Dorset House back in 2020 – here's what you can expect from a stay there.
The nearby beach is just a 10 minute walk, although many have said it is longer to walk back due to the steep road.
You can book fishing boat tours, or go on a kayak or RIB ride.
Otherwise the town of Lyme Regis has a number of quaint shops and cafes, with independent sellers having interiors and gifts.
Most tourists head straight to the Oyster & Fish House for sunset bay views and fresh seafood, although The Millside serves up hand-dived scallops from the bay.
