In the nine-second clip, the bewildered traveler, who appears to be sitting in a middle seat, films as his fellow passenger encroaches on his space.
The man settled in the row front can be seen reaching around the back of his chair with his hands drooping over the on-board screen.
Seemingly without a care in the world, he initially beings by tapping on the TV which interrupts the program being played.
Then, he interlocks his fingers, picks at his nails and even strokes the monitor.
The whole while the cameraman remains quiet – but it is not known what happened when the recording came to an end.
Dozens of viewers were quick to pile into the comment section to offer their own thoughts and cheeky solutions.
One wrote: ‘I refuse to believe someone is this obnoxiously inconsiderate.’
Another added: ‘They get one polite excuse me. Next is a very wet fake sneeze with my water.’
