JET2 has increased their flight and holiday capacity to Malta and Madeira due to soaring demand this summer.
Both destinations are currently on the green list, meaning all Brits can return to the UK without having to quarantine.
The extra flights to Madeira will run from Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds Airport, operating in September and October with new Friday or Saturday services.
Malta flights from Manchester and London Stansted will also increase with an extra Saturday service from Manchester along with Tuesday and Saturday services from Stansted.
Jet2 boss Steve Heapy, said: “Madeira and Malta are seeing very strong demand, thanks to a combination of their green list status and the fact they are fantastic destinations for holidaymakers to enjoy.
"It is clear that autumn breaks are in demand this year, so we have responded to that trend by giving customers more choice in September and October. With so many flights to choose from, on top of our award-winning service, we know that these additional flights will sell very well and very quickly.”
While both countries are on the green list, they each have different rules for incoming Brits.
For Malta, all Brits must be fully vaccinated to visit which includes kids over the age of 12, while Madeira accepts proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test.
The rest of Europe including Spain, Greece, France and mainland Portugal all remain on the amber list.
Only fully vaxxed Brits can head to amber destinations without having to quarantine for 10 days back in the UK.
Croatia and Bulgaria were both added to the green list as well although Bulgaria has since banned Brits and Croatia requires a negative Covid test even if vaccinated.
