If there’s one thing for sure, it’s that Victoria Beckham is ageing very well indeed.
The 47 year old’s glowing skin and glossy hair has many wondering what her beauty secrets are, and who can blame them?
Mum-of-four Victoria also has a toned physique, and she regularly works out to keep her figure looking good.
The star has given fans an insight in to what she eats every day, while comparing her carb free lunch portion to her son Romeo Beckham’s burger and chips.
Revealing the pair were on set together, Victoria posted two snaps of their completely different lunches and compared her super healthy plate to her 18 year old son’s treat from In-N-Out Burger.
The star first shared a snap of Romeo’s food on her Instagram Stories and wrote: “Lunch on set for @romeobeckham”.
The post that followed was a snap of Victoria small plate which featured sliced avocado, smoked salmon and three slices of lemon.
The fashion designer captioned the post: “And lunch on set for me,” alongside a star-eyed emoji.
So just what does the fashion designer and former singer eat in a day? Let’s take a look…
What does Victoria Beckham eat in a day?
Victoria recently revealed what her favourite food is – and it's probably not what you'd expect!
The star revealed her favourite dinner is an incredibly basic whole grain toast with salt on top. During an interview with Ruth Rogers on the River Cafe’s Table 4 podcast, the 47 year old star left listeners in shock as she explained her answer.
Victoria admitted she is every restaurant’s “worst nightmare” because she’ll often ask for bread sprinkled with the seasoning.
Taking to Twitter to discuss Victoria’s revelation, there weren’t many impressed with her choice.
Victoria once shared a peek at what she has for breakfast and posted a snap of a bowl of Ezekiel 4:9 Original sprouted grain breakfast cereal next to some raspberries and blackberries, which she enjoys with unsweetened almond milk.
The star is a fan of smoothies and, in particular, one named the “green monster” which involves a mix of apples, kiwi, lemon, spinach, broccoli and chia seeds in her Nutribullet.

And while she might keep with tradition with cereal and smoothies, the star replaces her morning tea and coffee with apple cider vinegar.
The designer will have two tablespoons to start off her day, and she share a snap on Instagram before while encouraging fans to “be brave.”
She chases this up with fresh lemon squeezed into boiling water.

For lunch, Victoria is a huge avocado fan and she even once told The Telegraph that she eats “three or four avocados a day” – no wonder her skin is always looking so good.
As well as this, she loves fresh fish and has been known to eat tequila and lime cooked jumbo prawns, as shared on her Instagram stories in 2018.
For dinner, Victoria, who recently gushed over daughter Harper’s sweet handwritten note, is a fan of courgetti; a healthy alternative to spaghetti using courgette.
The star will add spicy prawns to the dish and a range of vegetables, which sounds very healthy indeed.
Showing just how much Victoria loves her fruit, she even received a birthday cake made entirely from it while celebrating her 44th birthday.
And where snacks are concerned, the star tends to opt for mixed seeds soaked in organic Aminos, a gluten-free replacement for soy sauce.
Taking a photo of the snack, she penned: “Seeds doused in organic Aminos! Grilled until crispy! After school snack! Good for mummy too!"
