A mum has shared her simple trick for getting up to 73 wet items on the indoor drying rack, and she’s been praised by thousands for the space-saving hack.
The Australian woman, called Liesl Elizabeth, posted on TikTok, where she said she was sick of getting just 32 items on her line where they hung ‘wet and crinkled’.
So, she came up with the idea to hang clothes hangers on the side of the rack, so she could fit more items on that were ready to put away in her wardrobe.

‘This is my top wet laundry hack,’ Liesl wrote on TikTok.
‘I used to get 32 items on the line squashed and crinkled, with no room for the rest.
‘Now, 73 items are drying quicker, crease-free and so they’re easier to hang.’
Liesl accompanied her video with the finished result of her washing line, as well as showing how much she used to struggle before.

Thousands who saw the simple clip were impressed and said they would definitely give it a go at home.

Liesl has built up a huge following on TikTok for sharing handy household tips and tricks.

The first three areas that Liesl said need to be cleaned regularly in order to stay shiny is your grout, taps and sinks and your stove top.
For this, the mum from Perth relies on the Sabco Grout Brush ($4.50) from Bunnings, the Rubbermaid Power Scrubber ($20) from Bunnings and the $5 Glitz Cream Cleanser, also from the discount hardware store.
Shiny surfaces that get used regularly like shower screens, windows and mirrors need regular TLC.
For this, Liesl said she swears by a non-scratch scourer sponge, multiple microfibre cloths, a scraper blade from Bunnings and a squeegee, which you can run up and down the surfaces.
