McDonald’s lovers have been begging the fast food giant to keep it Katsu Chicken Curry McNuggets on the menu after it was announced they would be cut next week.
In a post to social media, the burger chain told customers they only have until Tuesday, February 9 to buy the nuggets before they’re replaced.
Alongside the curry-flavoured nuggets, the Big Tasty will also no longer be available.
And, sweet toothed fans of the Galaxy Salted Caramel McFlurry will also be disappointed as the ice cream is axed from stores.
McDonald’s told fans in a Tweet which said: “New Transfer incoming, check out our #KatsuAtMcDonalds while you still can. #DeadlineDay”
But, fans aren't letting the katsu nuggets go without a fight, as one person responded to the tweet to say: “Don’t you dare take them away you cowards – get rid of the regular ones!”
A second wrote: "Please never get rid of them they are amazing."
A third demanded: "Noooooo keep them forever, they are bloomin’ delish."
And another added: "Can’t believe McDonald’s are getting rid of the katsu chicken nuggets."
The following are being removed from the menu:
- Katsu nuggets 6 box
- Katsu nuggets 9 box
- Big tasty
- Galaxy salted caramel McFlurry
- Mini Galaxy salted caramel McFlurry
Don’t worry if your fave meal has been axed as the items are due to be replaced.
