Justin Bieber postpones two NYC shows following Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis

Justin Bieber attended church with his wife, Hailey Bieber, in one of the first outings since he revealed his Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis.

The couple were photographed Wednesday night heading into a service in Los Angeles.

Bieber, 28, and the 25-year-old model were dressed casually as they held hand hands.

Hailey wore denim cutoff shorts with a white crop top and an oversized leather jacket.

She completed the look with black and white Adidas sneakers, geometric framed sunglasses and gold earrings, as she styled her highlighted tresses in loose waves.

Bieber opted for gray sweatpants with an oversized black tee and matching jacket for the Beverly Hills outing.

He accessorized with a backwards baseball cap, a silver chain necklace, silver-framed sunglasses, and white trainers.

The outing came a few weeks after the Canadian crooner revealed he was suffering from the syndrome, which causes facial paralysis. The diagnosis caused him to postpone the US dates of his Justice World Tour.

“Wanted to share a little bit of how I’ve been feeling. Each day has gotten better,” he explained in an Instagram video, “and through all of the discomfort I have found comfort in the one who designed me and knows me. I’m reminded he knows all of me. He know the darkest parts of me that I want no one to know about and he constantly welcomes me into his loving arms.”

Bieber noted his faith-filled “perspective” on the his health situation has given him “peace during this horrific storm that [he’s] facing.”

He wrote in the post’s caption, “By this point in my life I realize storms come and go. Jesus continues to remind me that he is with me in the midst of the storm.”

Ramsay Hunt syndrome is characterized by a painful rash near the ear, on the face or on the mouth, per New York’s Mount Sinai hospital. It manifests when the varicella-zoster virus infects a nerve in the head, and it can sometimes cause paralysis.
