Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have officially sold their Miami mansion, and they made a decent profit on it, even though it didn’t sell for as much as they were hoping for. The couple recently offloaded the property for $15 million, after originally putting it on the market for a little over $16 million.
However, it’s a decent profit when considering they only purchased the mansion last year for $11 million. Joe and Sophie apparently put in a series of renovations to transform the property, thereby justifying the higher price.

The stunning estate features 14,000 square feet of living space. It showcases a beautiful view thanks to sprawling windows and tall ceilings. The backyard has direct water access with the space to dock a boat.
“The home has an incredible Cali meets Bali vibe: Frank Lloyd Wright, but with a tropical twist,” David Pullman, the real estate agent representing the unidentified buyer, said of the sprawling estate.
“It was really important to my client to have something unique and expressive,” he continued. “Miami being such a vibrant city it was a perfect fit.”
It’s unclear why the couple were so quick to sell the property after only owning it for a year. Upon buying the Florida estate, Sophia and Joe said goodbye to their Los Angeles mansion last year for a cool $15.2 million.
The LA estate featured 15,000 square feet of living space, including 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. Its amenities included a wine cellar, indoor gym, theatre room, lap pool with spa, and 6-car garage.
Even more, there was a detached guest house on the property featuring 2 bedrooms and a host of features perfect for entertaining, including an aquarium, cigar humidor, disco lights, and a DJ set up.
There are no reports on whether Joe and Sophie have put down an offer on a home elsewhere, but Sophie has said he likes Miami as a place to raise their two children.
“We’re very lucky to live in Miami,” she said in 2022 when pregnant with her and Joe’s second child. “We have good weather and live by the water. We try to keep it as chill as possible and just cherish those times, because we don’t get them very often.”
However, Sophie has also said that he misses living in her native U.K., so perhaps her and Joe’s next real estate move will be across the pond.
