When Love Island contestants leave the famous villa they often go on a bit of a beauty journey, often experimenting with their look in the form of different hair colours and styles.
Take season five contestant Anna Vakili, who started gradually taking her signature dark hair lighter after she appeared on the hit dating show back in 2019. Initially lightening the mid lengths and ends but keeping her darker brunette base, in the months that followed she slowly transitioned to a much lighter cool-toned blonde.
Now? Although her hair is still super long, the 32 year old has stepped things up a gear by taking her lengths to icy platinum new heights, revealing the new look to her 1.2 Instagram followers with a couple of snaps posted to her main grid.
“Back & blonder,” she wrote in the post’s caption along with the “sassy” emoji – much to the delight of her fans, who were super complimentary of the new lighter blonde shade.
"I am obsessed with this hair on you," one commented, as another agreed, "Us blondes have more funnnn."
Meanwhile a third fan commented, “Wowwww this girl,” as a fourth sounded off with, “Gorgeous as ever!”
Anna isn’t the only famous face to unveil a hair transformation this week as, on the flip side, recently married Nicola Peltz has ditched her wedding day blonde hair in favour of a dark brunette hue.
The 27 year old revealed that she’s swapped her buttery blonde tresses for a new chocolate brunette shade and, though it’s pushed into more of a curtain bangs style, it looks as though her full fringe has also been given a fresh trim too.
Sharing a snap of her new look to her 2.7 million Instagram followers Nicola wrote, “back to my roots,” with a winking emoji, confirming the new hue is much closer to her hair’s natural colour – and we’re sure you’ll agree, it suits her down to a tee.
So many celebrity hair changes, so little time!
