LET'S be honest – there are few things more infuriating than when a parcel mysteriously disappears.
Except of course, when you inevitably have to prove that your package didn't arrive by getting customer services involved.
This was the exact scenario Twitter user Lucy Harrison was faced with earlier this week.
Sharing the messages from Amazon customer services with her 1,160 followers, the exchange starts off pleasantly enough.
The customer services assistant Abigail began by introducing herself and asking Lucy to confirm her name.
Lucy then told her: "The Amazon app says the package was handed to a receptionist.
"I don't have a receptionist I just live in a house lol."
Rather than immediately offering up some advice, Abigail saw the funny side and replied: "Lol."
Unimpressed with customer services' response, Lucy captioned the screenshot "Okay :)" – but other users loved the "sassy" response and the tweet racked up over 11,000 "likes".
"What a sassy queen," one replied. "Abigail for PM."

Another added: "If customer service reps did this instead of following a stupid script it would be so much more fun."
Speaking from her own experience, a third wrote: "This reminds of the time when Amazon said my bed frame was delivered and placed in my mailbox.
"The customer service lady started cracking up on the phone when I said it wasn’t delivered, and it especially was not in my mailbox."
Although she was initially fuming, Lucy says she doesn't hold it against Abigail because she "captured the pandemmy mood of the nation and for that we must Stan."
