STARBUCKS is one of the world's most popular coffee chains.
It's the place millions of Americans go to get their daily cup of caffeine.
But fans of the coffee shop has just started to realize the brand has been changing over the years, and it's been happening right under everyone's noses.
Earlier this week, one tweeted: "Bring back the original Starbucks logo!"
Another added: "Have you ever seen the ORIGINAL Starbucks logo?"
In case you forgot, an artist revealed on social media just how different the Starbucks logo used to look compared to today.
Back in 1971, when the first Starbucks store opened and it was called Starbucks Coffee, Tea, and Spices, the brand's logo looked very different than it does today.
Their first logo featured the same long-haired mermaid or "siren" known around the world today, however, back then she had a bare chest and large tail on show.

The logo also started off brown and with the full name of the brand on display.
Then in 1987, Starbucks merged with the espresso brand Il Giornale and inspired a new logo.
Green became the company's trademark color, the siren got a modern makeover, and the name was shortened to Starbucks Coffee.
In 1992, the siren became a more prominent feature on the logo, but the Starbucks name remained.

This is the logo most people would associate with the brand, as it would serve as the Starbucks symbol for almost 20 years.
Then in 2011, the Starbucks logo became what everyone now knows today when it dropped the name and made the siren its star.
