However, Gulinka then moves onto the items she advises people steer clear of.
First up on her hit list are the tops from Zara.
"Most of their tops are actually made from polyester," she claims.
"You will actually sweat a lot in them."
And also on Gulinka's recommendations of items to avoid are shoes.
"I find that most of their shoes are not leather lined so your feet will get a little bit sweaty," she explains.
"Sometimes they do fall apart pretty quickly and can be quite uncomfortable."
She adds: "Shoes is something that you should invest in.
"You want your feet to be comfortable, to breathe – shoes is a no-go for me at Zara."
It wasn't long before the post went viral, garnering a staggering 195k views and several comments, with fashion fans up and down the country all keen to share their opinions.
"I agree. I still have a trench coat that I bought from Zara 20 years ago. Wash and wear. Excellent condition," wrote one.
A second penned: "Thank you! I really needed this info."

Meanwhile, a fourth added: "I completely agree with you."

And a further added: "The blazer is def YESS!"
