'The Big Bang Theory' Star Simon Helberg Is Dramatically Slashing the Price On His Ultra-Cheerful, Airy Los Feliz Mansion — See Inside!

The Big Bang Theory alum Simon Helberg and his longtime wife Jocelyn Towne are looking to sell their whimsical, colorful home in Los Feliz, CA. According to Dirt, the couple has actually been trying to get the property off their hands for nine months now, but have recently made some changes to push that along even more – they slashed the price of their home from just under $10 million to now just under $9 million.

Their home, which spans 4,300 square feet and covers a three-quarter acre, was first bought by Helberg and Towne around three years ago for $6.872 million. Since their ownership, the home’s undergone some major changes including a four-zone heating and cooling system and a comprehensive security system with a multitude of cameras and invisible speakers.

In addition to the five-bedroom and four-and-a-half-bath main structure, the property also includes a detached guesthouse with one bathroom and one bedroom. In the main house, a fireside living room is decked out with French doors that open up to the lavish backyard. In the kitchen, which is mostly covered in a muted yellow color, there’s an eat-in island and high-end culinary equipment. Other major rooms of the home include an informal dining area, a family room with a wet bar, and a crafts room/home office.

In the master suite, Helberg and Towne upgraded to ultimate luxury with a skylight walk-in closet, hand-painted tiles, a steam shower with speakers, and heated seats, and a Bluetooth-equipped infrared sauna. Talk about a couple’s paradise!
