High-performance apparel and equipment label Arc’teryx has introduced its first-ever hybrid retail store in NYC fitted with a fully-equipped ReBird Service Center.
The store section will offer used Arcteryx gears as well as exclusive Arc’teryx ReBird items which feature a variety of products that have been produced with upcycled materials. The conjoined ReBird service center will offer services such as in-store repair, after-sales product assessment, including GORE-TEX leak testing, and in-store care and education, including in-house technical wash and face fabric renewal.
“Having a space for guests to experience ReBirdin person is so exciting for the passionate people working hard behind the scenes to make this program a reality,” said Dominique Showers, VP Recommerce, Arc’teryx. “The Service Center makes it easy for guests to learn about proper product care, get assessments and repairs done on the spot, and find unique refurbished Used Gear and ReBird products alongside our retail offerings.”
The Arc’teryx Broadway Store and ReBird Service Center are now open to the public with a series of community events coming soon.
