Taylor Swift had a big day on Wednesday (May 18) at Yankee Stadium in New York City.
The 32-year-old musician received an honorary doctorate of fine arts and delivered the commencement speech for New York University‘s Class of 2022!
During her speech, Taylor of course had to reference her song “22,” but she also referenced “Welcome To New York.”
“I’m…90% sure the main reason I’m here is because I have a song called ‘22,’” she said towards the beginning of her speech.
At the end, Taylor said, “I hope you know how proud I am to share this day with you. We’re doing this together. So let’s just keep dancing like we’re… The class of 22.”
You can read Taylor‘s entire commencement speech right now over on Rolling Stone!
