After she was rushed into hospital again on Tuesday night, Ashley Cain's daughter Azaylia has been discharged and able to go home.
The brave tot, who recieved a video message from Dwayne Johnson, was able to leave after her heart rate spiked to 200 overnight.
Azaylia's mum Safiyya confirmed the news on her Instagram stories and shared an update of her baby girl's health.
As she sat beside her at the hospital, she explained: "We've finally been discharged from hospital again haven't we?

"We got you another platelet transfusion didn't we?" she said to Azaylia as she kissed her on her forehead.
As they arrived home, Safiyya explained: "We're really, really exhausted, it was an exhausting night last night and didn't get much sleep at all.
"Probably haven't had much sleep in the last few weeks. As you can see Azaylia is on oxygen at the moment.
"Her breathing is a little bit more intense and she's struggling a little bit so we'll just give her some oxygen just to help her sleep more comfortably, and she's had a lot more of a comfortable day today.

"She's been comfortable and quite sleepy so hopefully later on she wakes up and we can have some play time, if not we're gonna have a film day and have lots of snuggles," the doting mum shared.
Saifyya told her followers they were rushing Azaylia back into hospital after her heart rate spiked.
"Back in hospital tonight Azaylias heart rate was over 200 currently waiting for her blood results to see if we can get her some antibiotics to treat any infections [sic].

"I love & adore you sweet girl LETSGOCHAMP Mummy's HERO [sic]," she continued.
"Filming Azaylia as she was wheeled from the ambulance and into the hosptial, she added: "You are amazing baby.
"Mummy & daddy promised to give you our 100% from day 1 & we will keep to our word what ever you need we will do for you baby [sic]," before finishing: "Let's get you better and back home for snuggles Babba," alongside a yellow heart emoji.
