STRIPPING the bed or emptying the bin when you check out of a hotel room might seem like a kind and helpful thing to do.
But when one woman revealed her thorough cleaning regime, some housekeepers told her they weren't happy about it.
Tiktok user Rhiannon shared a video where she went round her hotel room tidying up before check out.
She said: "Things I do when leaving a hotel that just make sense.
"Gather the towels, take out the trash, strip the bed, clean out the fridge, leave a tip."
The video has been watched 430,000 times and sparked a debate in the comments section.

While some people praised Rhiannon for helping tidy up, some hotel cleaners commented telling her not to bother trying to help as they've got a system in place for cleaning and this disrupts them.
One hotel worker wrote: "As someone who works in a hotel, we appreciate the tip. But we all have a system on cleaning the room so it's best to just leave it as is."
Another put: "I used to hate this when I did housekeeping. The tip yes – we got the rest."
A third put: "I'm a cleaner in hotel rooms and I hate when guests strip the bed. Don't mind everything else though."
