IF you're already planning your next family holiday, there are some pretty good deals available during the October half-term.

The October half-term dates vary between areas, but this year they should run from Monday, October 23 to Friday, October 27.
But make sure to always check with your school or local council before booking.

Your package holiday will include return flights, accommodation, a 22kg baggage allowance and return transfers.
And big savings can be made if you want to jet off in October outside of the school holidays, with prices from £299.
The holiday company has also just launched a new service to make travelling with kids easier – the 'Resort Flight Check-in'.
You'll be able to drop off your bags to the Jet2holidays specialist at your hotel, and they'll check them in for you.
However, the new service is only available in selected hotels.
