British Airways ambassador Emma Raducanu learns how to be a pilot for the day | The Sun
BRITISH Airways ambassador Emma Raducanu goes behind the scenes of the UK flag carrier – and even gets taught how to land a plane.
The tennis star became an ambassador for the airline last year.
And ahead of the US open, Emma learned not only how to land a plane, but how to be a plane engineer.
She said in the video that she "loved" being behind the scenes, before being invited into the cockpit.
Wearing all the gear, the pilot called her a "natural" while she flew the plane, as she aided both take-off and landing.
After pointing out Wimbledon – in particular Centre Court – they landed back on the ground with a bang, something Emma said was "so hard" to do.

She was then taken around a BA aircraft by an engineer, to which Emma said she had "always wanted to be a pilot".
Happy to roll her sleeves up, she learned how to unlatch and service the aircraft.
British Airways was the first UK brand Emma partnered with.
She has since signed deals worth more than £8m after last year's US Open win including luxury brands from Dior to Porsche.
