Woman posts candid clip of cellulite and spots to ‘normalise’ natural bodies

Mik Zazon is a body positive influencer and founder of the campaign "normalise normal bodies".

She often posts unedited pictures and videos of herself, which are loved by fans.

Many find her content to be uplifting as it's so different to highly posed snaps of influencers you'd typically see online.

So for her latest post, Mik filmed herself enjoying breakfast outside on her balcony.

In footage shared with her 1.4 million TikTok followers, the influencer enjoyed her brekkie wearing nothing but her undies.

Sitting relaxed on a chair, Mik shows off her belly and thighs whilst soaking up the morning sun.

The stunning influencer then rubs her thighs to show off the natural bumps on her skin, which is very normal for women to have.

She captioned the candid clip: “My morning went like.”

In the next video, Mik zooms into her crotch to reveal pimples and razor stubble.

Once again, this is a completely common thing to have on your body.

Next, the Ohio-based influencer glows in the sun while showing the spots on her face.

Acne is an incredibly normal thing for many people, which often people forget if they scroll through a lot of filtered pictures.

Having related to the powerful video, the clip has now racked up 12.2 million views and 1.8 million likes.

People quickly fled to the comments to praise Mik for being so open about her body.

Some TikTok users say the content has made them more comfortable in their own skin.

One user commented: “I was so insecure about the bumps that are in between my thighs… this is literally gold.”

Another person added: “I’m no longer insecure about this thank you.”

A third user noted: “Well just a normal looking woman! I love it. Thank you.”

Someone else said: “ Okay but I needed this because my first thought was SHES SO BEAUTIFUL and then I realised I judge myself so hard for these same things.”

And a fifth person remarked: “Thank you for normalising the parts of me I’m so insecure about.”
