The TikToker said: "I couldn't imagine my life if we never met.
"We started dating in 2018, living together for three and a half years. We are best friends.
"We have one cat, Grizzy, together, we also have a 33-year age gap.
"We are happy together despite what other people might think."
Nicole posted pictures of them going out to fancy restaurants for dinner or driving to another city for a road trip.
Calling her boyfriend a "sugar daddy", the young woman said there are "perks" being in a relationship with an older man.
She could be a stay-at-home girlfriend all day and not expected to do any work.
In one video, she revealed that Michael paid for plastic surgery so that she could get a Brazilian buttlift.
Some people mistook Michael as Nicole's grandfather, with one saying: "Boyfriend? I'm sure you mean grandad."
"Your grandpa is so strong, has he been working out?" a second asked.
A third noted: "33 years age gap? More like a century gap."
Others compared Nicole and Michael to another age-gap couple, Cheryl and her 37 years younger husband Quran.
A person commented: "You guys are like queen Cheryl and king Quran 2.0!"
"You keep doing what makes you happy, don't worry about the haters," one fan wrote.
Another penned: "To me asking as you're both happy, then that's all that matters with our age."
