TWO of Princess Diana's pals have opened up about the newest season of The Crown – and claim it will make Harry and Wills' blood boil.
Netflix's show is set to cause fresh chaos today as the sixth and final season of the series hits screens.
The series notably features the event that shook the British monarchy to its core — the death of Princess Diana on August 31, 1997.
The new season will controversially reenact the last few months of Princess Di's troubled life.
Now Jennie Bond, who became close pals with Diana when she was a royal correspondent, and butler-turn-friend Paul Burrell, have shared their thoughts on the controversial show.
The pair talked about the scenes they think will upset Prince William and Prince Harry – as they found them hard to watch, too.

THE PHONE CALL
Jennie, a BBC journalist who spent 14 years following the British monarchy, slammed the latest season.
The 73-year-old wrote in iNews: "It deals with the single most traumatic, damaging and emotional event of recent royal times: the death of Diana."
It also breaks down the lead-up to Di's death – including her sons' final conversation with her.
Wills said in 2017 that the phone call weighed “heavily” on his mind.

The Telegraph reported he said: “Harry and I were in a desperate rush to say goodbye, you know ‘see you later’.
“If I’d known now obviously what was going to happen I wouldn’t have been so blase about it and everything else.
“But that phone call sticks in my mind, quite heavily.”
The prince said he remembered what was said, but never publicly revealed what it was.
Harry also said in the 2017 doc: "All I do remember is probably regretting for the rest of my life how short the phone call was.
"Looking back on it now it’s incredibly hard, I’ll have to sort of deal with that for the rest of my life.
"Not knowing that was the last time I was going to speak to my mum, how differently that conversation would have panned out if I’d had even the slightest inkling her life was going to be taken that night.”
'MACABRE' CRUSHED CAR
Paul Burrell, who Diana once described as "her rock", said the car crash scene – while cut short – was "grotesque".
He blasted the streaming giant for making the call to include it.
Paul told the Mirror: “It seems macabre to show the vehicle in which she died.
“I find the whole scene of Diana's death portrayed in a fictional TV show to be grotesque.”
“It's recreating her death for an entertainment vehicle, which I think is very sad, we don't need to do that,”
DIANA'S 'GHOST'
Jennie also slammed the fact that Netflix showed Princess Di coming back as a ghost – and said that would upset her boys.
She wrote: "They have ghoulishly decided to bring Diana back to life as a ghost, communing with both her ex-husband and her mother-in-law, the late Queen.
"I cannot believe that Harry, so damaged by Diana’s death when he was just 12, would condone or watch this.
"And I am certain that the reports that William is 'totally sickened' by it accurately reflect his disgust."

It comes as it was today claimed Harry would watch the latest season – but Wills would refuse.
However, a pal of the prince told the Telegraph they would watch it first to make sure there was nothing that would deeply upset the 39-year-old.
