Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz are officially divorced less than a year after their split.
According to court records obtained by Page Six, the “Vanderpump Rules” stars finalized their divorce on Oct. 12.
Maloney, 35, and Schwartz, 39, settled the case, which was uncontested, last month and recently came to an agreement on how to divide their shared assets — including their $2 million dollar California home.
The documents also revealed that the pair decided to waive spousal “forever.”
As previously reported, Maloney filed for divorce from Schwartz in March after nearly six years of marriage in March.
The pair publicly announced their split one week prior to Maloney’s filing.
“After 12 years on an adventure through life together Tom and I are ending our marriage,” Maloney wrote on Instagram at the time. “This ending is not met with resentment or animosity, no sides to choose. We have deep admiration for one another that will always remain and we cherish our friendship. Although we may be on different paths we will continue to love and support one another’s happiness.”
Schwartz also shared the sad news to his own social media accounts, choosing to focus on the good memories the pair shared over the years.
The former couple were together for 12 years.
