A bottle of Captain Morgan Spiced Gold alcohol-free spirit is £15 at Tesco but you can get it for £12 if you’re a Clubcard holder.

You need 60ml of the spirit mixed with 20ml of sugar syrup and the juice of one lime.

Tear in a few mint leaves and pour over crushed ice.

You could also use the spirit to whip up a guilt-free rum mule.

Simply add 50ml to around 100ml of ginger beer.

NOZECO: If you love your bubbles, alcohol-free Nozeco is down from £3.79 to £3.25 at Morrisons.

You can drink it as it is or add around a tablespoon of peach purée for a booze-free Bellini.

Or Mimosa fans should grab some orange juice and fill half a flute glass, then top up the rest with the Nozeco.

If you have the Tanqueray alcohol-free spirit, add 100ml with 100ml of tonic water to a big gin glass, then top up with Nozeco for a delicious fizzy mocktail.
