Aldi shoppers have been left distraught after the supermarket chain discontinued their popular gluten-free cheesecake.
The discount retailer stocked a variety of the dessert under its LiveGFree brand.
The line is hugely popular with those on a gluten free diet and shoppers with coeliac disease, with shoppers picking it up in the frozen aisle.
However, the sweet treat hasn’t been seen in stores since May, with Aldi now confirming they are no longer selling it.
‘First world problem incoming: my youngest has coeliac disease and has been waiting for Aldi USA to have their gluten-free cheesecake again,’ one shopper wrote on Twitter.

‘First world problem incoming: my youngest has coeliac disease and has been waiting for Aldi USA to have their gluten-free cheesecake again,’ one shopper wrote on Twitter.
‘I finally see that it is available on their website. Out of stock. Three stores checked & all are out of stock’.
Aldi then responded to confirm it has been discontinued.
‘The last time we had gluten-free cheesecake was back in May, so it is not currently available,’ they wrote.
‘We hope we can have it again in the future, though!’ Aldi said.
It’s not all bad news for gluten free shoppers though, with LiveGFree also selling frozen dinners, snacks, and bread.
