National Lottery results: Brit ticket-holder claims eye-watering Set for Life prize & scoops £10k a month for 30 years | The Sun

A WHOPPING Set For Life lottery prize that guarantees £10,000 a month for 30 years has been claimed by a Brit ticket holder.

Competition bosses confirmed the big win, almost a week after the jackpot went unclaimed at the draw.

The lucky winner, from Lincolnshire, matched the five main numbers and the Life Ball, netting them a total of £3,600,000 over the next three decades.

Andy Carter, Senior Winner's Advisor at the National Lottery, said: "What amazing news for this lucky ticket-holder who has claimed their prize.

"We will now focus on supporting the lucky ticket-holder through the process."

If you think you have a winning ticket, it can be checked online, on the National Lottery app or in store.

Players have 180 days from the draw to claim a prize, which they can do by calling the National Lottery Line on 0333 234 5050.

Anyone not in possession of their ticket, for whatever reason, but who believes they have a genuine claim can still make a claim in writing to Camelot, but it must be within 30 days of the draw.

It comes after a man was devastated when his ex won a £14.5million lottery jackpot – and immediately told him he would not see a penny.
