A model showed how the power of posing can 'change your body shape' instantly in a new Instagram post.
Sophie Louise Hughes is known for sharing her body positive content with her 42,900 followers on the site.
And this week, she showed how some influencer 'fake perfect snaps' just by carrying out the right poses.

To document her point, the pink-haired beauty took to snaps of herself taken '0.2 seconds apart' while in some lacy pink lingerie.
The left-hand photo had Sophie pull an 'Instagram' pose which saw her suck in her stomach and pull up her torso so she seemed slimmer.
The influencer also sported a tight-lipped posed as she looked off into the distance.
This was compared to a relaxed shot of her on the right-hand side where she breathed out and let her natural stomach reign free.
Sophie also looked straight down the camera lens as she sported a calm pose.
Captioning the post, she wrote: "No this isn’t a 6 month weight loss progress shot, it’s me throwing my hips forward and changing my ENTIRE body shape in 0.2 seconds.
"I’m going to let you in to a little secret, even the models don’t look like that in real life."
She added: "I know every single cm of my body, I know how to hold it, how to angle it, how to hit a killer pose every time, that’s my job. I mean look at the difference between poses, I’m practically a contortionist.
"Please don’t get sucked in. Your body doesn’t deserve to be treated like a constant 'before' photo. Your body doesn’t deserve to be compared to the babes you see on IG who are pulling the perfect pose.
"You are enough. You are enough. You are enough.
"And as a side note you deserve to treat yourself to all the beautiful lingerie to celebrate just how wonderful you are. New fave summer set @simplybeuk."

Fans were loving the post, as one exclaimed: "Work it girl! Every woman, regardless of her size, is beautiful!"
"So unbelievably true but something lots of us easily forget," added another.
While a third chimed in: "Love this post, you really are beautiful!"
The post comes after Sophie showed off her weight gain to fans back in March as she told them she's 'more than just a waistline measurement.'
